I don’t know if there is a more heavenly combination on this earth than melted cheese and a perfectly cooked potato. So I’m bringing those two heavenly ingredients together in a dish so easy you’ll be picking your jaw up off the floor. As an added bonus {and because we all have those days where we have no idea what to make} you probably have everything you need just hanging out in the pantry already!

Cheesy potato casserole is the ultimate side dish. My favorite part is dumping everything in one casserole dish and sticking it in the oven! Minimal effort + cheese + potatoes = a delicious and easy recipe!
