Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place sliced peaches into the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish. Pour caramel sauce over peaches and stir to coat.
Spread crumble mixture evenly over fruit and bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes or until the peaches are nice and bubbly* and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
*if you're using frozen peaches make sure the peaches are tender
