Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 6 cups stale bread, cut into 1/2" cubes
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, vanilla, honey, and milk until well combined.

  2. Add cubed bread and stir until completely combined. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Spoon soaked bread into well greased muffin tins and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until muffins are completely set.
