When I need a crunchy snack I’m often reaching for the potato chip bag. So I was happy when I finally shoved myself outside my comfort zone and tried my own homemade version! Salty, crunchy, and so easy! These come out perfectly crisp and since you’re making them yourself you can add a ton of different seasonings and flavors to each and every batch! Make as little or as much as you want to share or to keep all to yourself!

I popped over to the blog these little delights are posted on - looks great! I make my own potato chips as well. Here's a little tip to give you that Salt and Vinegar flavour -slice the potatoes as you did in your recipe and soak them in a little vinegar. Then, proceed as you did in your recipe. Malt Vinegar works best. :)
