This loaded baked potato dip is perfect for your next tailgate or sports party or just you and a Tuesday night!
I usually make this dip during football season. It’s not the healthiest thing you will ever put into your body but if you’re like me, jumping up and down screaming at your team to run the ball and quit with all the trick plays then you’re burning off the calories you’re eating. And drinking. Theoretically.
Anyway, since we’re in the midst of the World Cup and it’s my brothers turn to jump up and down and scream at the TV I thought I’d make him a dip he could use to supplement all those calories he’s burning off. And you’ll absolutely love how simple this is!
Everyone always asks me “are there potatoes in it?” Nope, there are only three ingredients and I named it this because these three ingredients are what’s always included in a loaded baked potato in a restaurant. I’m a genius. I know. You can stop applauding now. It’s so delicious you’ll need to triple the recipe and even then you STILL probably won’t want to share! Just hide out in the corner with a bag of chips and eat it all. Muahahaha! But don’t forget to jump up and down some.
I’ve been known to make this dip on a Tuesday. Just cause. You won’t be sorry you made this, I promise.
